Our organization was formed by UNL employees to help members network and develop professionally.
We’re primarily for managerial/professional/administrative employees, yet we are open to any UNL employee with managerial or professional responsibilities or an interest in developing their management or leadership skills.
WE ASPIRE TO:
- Develop managerial and professional skills through the exchange of ideas and techniques
- Stimulate the improvement of operations in administrative and managerial areas of UNL
- Provide communication between UNL administration and staff
- Serve as a source for administrators to call upon for representation on appropriate committees or campus processes. As a non-profit, 100% of donations will benefit professional development and leadership opportunities for UAAD members.
